I try to start each day watching a minute or so of Dr. Sean. He has great Instagram posts right now. Usually daily. Very motivating. Watching him daily helps me stay on track with my wellness adventures that relate to what I’m eating.
Why I follow Dr. Sean:
I like that Dr. Sean trained as a lawyer first, and then as a medical doctor. As a result his perspective, analysis methods, and approach to healthcare are different than traditionally trained Western medicine/allopathic medical doctors.
Other pros to Dr. Sean:
He is about the same age as me and is exploring ways that ALL AGES of people can optimize their health. With a focus on the fact that your health can IMPROVE, and you can feel and be healthier as you AGE. IF you optimize. Dr. Sean is focused on which strategies yield results. That’s what I want to know as well.
